Stanford Children's Health, Barnabas Health & more select Orion Health's interoperability solution

Interoperability continues to be one health IT's biggest puzzles, but more and more, solutions are launched to solve the riddle.

Orion Health announced three healthcare providers have selected its interoperability solution: Rhapsody Integration Engine.

Barnabas Health in West Orange, N.J.; East Texas Medical Center in Tyler; and Stanford Children's Health in Palo Alto, Calif., all selected Rhapsody Integration Engine.

Barnabas Health will integrate all of its data currently stored in its legacy integration engine into Rhapsody over the next 18 months.

East Texas Medical Center selected Orion Health's solution after determining it was the best fit for easily and securely integrating multiple interfaces across its enterprise.

Stanford Children's Health will shift from its legacy solution to Rhapsody in an effort to simplify data integration and reduce interface development time.

"As provider organizations continue to focus on delivering coordinated, efficient care, it's increasingly important that technology is equipped to meet ever-changing integration and interoperability needs," said Baz Patel, regional director at Orion Health.
